We offer an end-to-end immigration solution to all our valued employees. The broad spectrum of services includes sponsoring H1B/H4, B1/B2 visas and Green Cards (Permanent Residency Status).
The H1B Visa
is primarily a work visa/work permit for foreign professionals seeking to live and work in the US. H1B Visa is typically given to professionals possessing practical work experience
or a relevant qualification degree in a specialty field. H1B visa holders are given opportunities only in circumstances where permanent citizens of the US do not meet
the job requirements. While offering H1B visa holders with job opportunities, employers have to attest that such a step does not harm the conditions for US workers.
An H1B is usually valid for up to six years and entitles the holder to bring their spouse and children to live in the country.
